Antique Captains Chair

For sale is this classic wooden captain's chair, featuring a curved spindle back and a comfortable shaped saddle seat. It comes with turned baluster legs and detailed arm supports that which just oozes antique charm. It's a sturdy and practical piece that works brilliantly as a vintage desk chair, a study armchair, or perhaps reading chair for a home office or lounge nook. It shows some natural signs of age and character, and is ready for everyday use.  I've given it a clean and wax keeping its patina but making it nice and clean ready for its new home.

All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to their originality and style. If you are looking for pristine furniture or decor I doubt my items will be for you.
