Antique Convex Mirror

For sale is this absolutely gorgeous, rustic, Antique Convex Mirror. It's such a lovely piece and would make a real statement in any setting old or new. The frame was painted cream which has then been stripped right back leaving remnants of old paint in between the egg and dart detailing which has a particularly beautiful effect. I've given it a clean and wax keeping its patina but making it squeaky clean. Convex mirrors are great as they bounce light around and add a little extra interest, they work particularly well in rooms with low ceilings. The weirdest part of a convex mirror is when you get up close it still works as a conventional mirror.

All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to their originality and style. If you are looking for pristine furniture or decor I doubt my items will be for you.
