Antique Glazed Bookcase with Drawers

For sale is this absolutely stunning George III Mahogany Glazed Bookcase with Drawers. It's a lovely piece in fantastic condition with subtle genuine patina. It's had a thorough clean and fresh coat of wax keeping its patina but making it nice and clean. It's structurally sound, the drawers run smoothly and the doors open with ease. It has 3 adjustable shelves and 4 large drawers making it versatile, practical and offering a ton of storage. This really is exceptional quality, the details are beautifully carved, it has fine dovetails and quality hardware. The shelves have metal brackets which will be included but are not original. The drawer base has a small split on the side, it's consummate with age, doesn't effect the rigidity but I wanted to mention it. This really is quite a rare piece with the drawers rather than a cupboard and the double width and surprisingly retains its original keys. It splits into 3 for transport.

All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to their originality and style. If you are looking for pristine furniture or decor I doubt my items will be for you.
