Antique Oak Blanket Box

For sale is this very beautiful, solid oak, Antique Blanket Box or Storage Chest. It's a really lovely colour and tone with beautiful carved details on the front. It's structurally sound and particularly clean inside and out. The top is a little bowed as pictured but only really noticeable at eye level and honestly doesn't detract from the piece. It's had a thorough clean and fresh coat of wax keeping its patina but making it nice and clean ready for its new home. Obviously perfect for blankets and bedding but they make great toy storage or bench seat with storage for shoes and school bags etc. 

Dimensions are Width 99 Depth 46 Height 51 all centimeters.

All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to their originality and style. If you are looking for pristine furniture or decor I doubt my items will be for you.
