Antique Writing Desk with Leather Top

For sale is this very beautiful slightly rustic, Antique Writing Desk with Leather Insert Top. It's a really beautiful piece in fantastic aged condition, the original leather top is particularly nice with subtle patina and is more of an olive green which is a little rarer as they are most commonly a bottle green. The frame looks like it was painted at some point and then later stripped and refinished which gives a really lovely colour and tone again lighter than usual and really nicely done. Obviously great as a desk but would also make a nice alternative to console table, dressing table or large lamp table. It's structurally sound, the drawers run smoothly and it's had a thorough clean and fresh coat of wax.

Dimensions are Width 107 Depth 51 Height 74 Knee Height 60 all centimeters.

All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to their originality and style. If you are looking for pristine furniture or decor I doubt my items will be for you.
