French Oil Portrait

For sale is this striking oil painting, acquired in France, features a portrait of a distinguished-looking man with a prominent white beard and intense eyes. He is wearing a dark cap and a blue and white striped shirt under a solid blue jacket, against a textured blue background. The painting is housed in a decorative gold-toned frame. It would make a great addition to any setting old or new.
